Hi, I’m Lara Zuehlke…
I’ve spent my career creating clarity in the midst of confusion.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked inside creative teams and across organizations—from agencies and higher education to Fortune 500 brands.
I’ve guided high-stakes conversations, shaped stories, and led teams through moments of uncertainty and change.
Behind the scenes, I’ve spent much of my adult life learning what it means to come home to myself, to trust my own voice, and express more of who I really am.
Like so many of us, I learned early in my career to separate the “professional” and “personal” parts of me.
One belonged at work. The other belonged everywhere else.
But in doing so, I left some of my most meaningful gifts out of the room.
That is why I founded Zula.
